L1B change of employer

Hi,
Currently I am on L1B (Blanket) status and I am working with one subsidiary of my parent employer. The petitioner in my case is that subsidiary. Now if I want to work in a different subsidiary of the same parent company, what do I need to do ? Does my employer need to file a new petition in that case ? Do I need to go for VISA stamping again ?

You don't need a new petition/visa, if your parent company is still the same.
