L1A to H1B Change of Status after L1A Extension approved

Currently I am working with Company-A on L1A and my VISA validity is till Sep'2018 and I-94 validity is till 13-Feb-2018.

I applied H1B thru Company-B and the petition approved on 19-Oct-2017 on Change Of Status and current I-94 extended for 3 Years till Sep-2020.

As of Today still I am working with Company-A on L1 and my L1 A extension applied on 31-Oct-2017 (After H1 Approval Date) and approved effective date 14-Feb-2018 till 13-Feb-2020. Below are my queries:

1) Can I continue with L1A legally as L1A extension got approved on 14-Dec-2017 which applied/approved after H1 Approval date.

2) What I need to do to keep my L1 Valid as I don't want to join H1B due to lack of job opportunity and the H1 employer was also not able to place me so far.

File an COS again, since you already moved from L1 to H1 status.
