My L1-B (Individual) Visa (3 Years) is expiring July 2018 and My wife L2-EAD is expiring June 2018. Need your expert advice.

Based on recent movements in USCIS Processing , is it advisable to go for Premium or Normal processing?
How much is the processing time for Premium or Normal processing?
If I file in normal processing, what the best time to apply for L1,L2 visa extension and L2-EAD extension so that my wife job is not impacted?
What are the documents and process for L2-EAD extension?

To be on safer side, go with premium processing. Though you have sufficient time for normal processing

Premium - 3 weeks
Normal - 3 months on average, 8 months max
