  • L1B to H1B with consular processing

    Hi,
My husband is on L1B and I am on L2. I am currently working on L2 EAD. If my husband's H1B is selected and processed this year through consular processing mode, we heard that we can still retain the L1/L2 status till L1 expiry (2020 april in our case). But can we travel a couple of times to the home country before 2020 and still retain the L1/L2 status?

Yes as long as you have a valid L1 stamp in your passport which would allow you to enter the US.
