Green Card application based on L1

Currently, I am working on L1-B visa, and my greencard application is in process. I manage multiple project and work with different team to get the required features from them on time and there are developer who provides daily status to me. So wondering if my profile can me considered for EB1 category.

Is there any issue having no direct reportee ? Does my profile qualify as functional manager / Project manager?

So you wanted to cook something & get EB1. The VO (now you've to give interview for GC) are smart enough to easily catch that.
