Hi, my husband has an L2 visa right now is in the US and we are planning to apply for an L2 visa. We would also like to take my daughter from a previous relationship. Can we apply an L2 visa for her? She is only 3 years old hence we would like to take her with us. She also has her biological fathers last name. Hope somebody can help me with this.

Assuming your husband is there on L1 & your applying as dependent L2, then yes, your daughter from your previous wedding can join you on her own L2 visa - you might be asked to provide documentary evidence for custody of the child, no objection from her biological father, etc.- I am not an Attorney, hence not giving any legal advice.
