  • L1 A visa with special needs child

    Hi All,

My company has filed L1-A blanket visa, I might attend the interview 3rd week of Feb-2018. However, they are filling the VISA only for me for now. I am little worried, as I have special needs child (Autism), who is non-verbal. Will it be a point of cencern. Please let me know, how can I attend interrview for her letter.

    Thank You,
    LeSaUsKa

Kids below 14 yrs of age don't need to attend interview. They (or parent) can drop-off their passport at consulate & get the visa done.
