Re-enter USA before Petition expiry

Hi there,

I am on L1A Blanket with Petition expiry in June 2018. But Visa and I94 valid until 2020. I plan to visit India in May 2018. Can I re-enter if I come by end of May without any problems?

Any experience or advise is greatly appreciated.

You won't have any problem - as long as you have all documents with you, like petition, I797 etc.
