Photo requirement for L1 visa

Hi,

I have been to US consulate in Toronto, Canada for L1 visa interview. Consulate did not take my physical photo graph but just the photo I have uploaded in DS-160. Do you think they should have requested for physical photo as well?

They don't collect physical photo all the time. At the time of bio-metrics, they must have collected your photo or they can use the photo you uploaded online with the DS-160.

Physical photo is suggested to be carried along during visa interview - that is just in case if they need it for verification or some other purpose.
