Need help to fill ds-160 to apply for L2 dependant visa

Hi,
I am in US on L1B visa. Need to fill ds-160 for my wife who is applying for L2 dependant visa. There is one question "Do you have any immediate relatives in the US".
Since i am already in US, does my wife need to say "YES" to this question and provide my details. There is another question on the next page which asks about spouse details.

Pls help.

Yes, she needs to mention your details in both the sections. In the immediate relative section, she has to select the relationship as spouse and give your details and and then again repeat it under the spouse section.
