Hi, everyone.
I am working legally in the US for two months in a L1 visa status. I am engaged and I will marry my fiance next month in our home country (Brazil). Does anyone here experienced the same situation before? I would like to understand more about the process for her to get the L2 visa. Do you think that the officer can reject it by somehow because we are being married after I came to US? We have a strong relaionship and for our side that is what we want.
