I am currently in US in L1 visa. During my stay my mom & sister had visited me from India. I had used my account to submit my Mom's & sister's DS160.
My L1 is up for renewal . Now after finishing my DS160 , I used my account to login & Submit my DS160. It shows my mom's passport number. I used Update profile to change the passport number and DOB. It accepted. So i went ahead and made the payments.
Now after submitting & booking , I see that it still had my mom's passport number & DOB. But it has my name in it. I cancelled the appointment to get it sorted.
I called the support line and they have asked me to email all the details to them.
Has this happened to anyone else ? How was this issue resolved ? will i endup making payment one more time for renewal ?
