No doubt this question has been asked - but would be great if someone could advise.
I am a UK Citizen & work for a large, US company.
They have advised I will be eligible for an L1 transfer to our US office. I was wondering at what point we can start the visa process? I understand you need to be working for the company for 12 months (I am currently at 7 months) - but do they let you start the process whenever with the requirement of the visa launching on a certain date? Or do you have to have 12 months solid employment before starting the visa?
Secondly, I don't have a degree - but I have 10 years experience in the field and will be moving into an executive position - would that be fine?
