I-129S expiration not filled

Hi,

In my I-129S on first page, the validity dates are empty. L1-B in passport is for 5 years, "PED - No EXP".

So the questions if should I apply for L1-B renewal 3 years after Visa/I-129S were issued?

Not needed, just ensure you go out of country before your I94 expiry date.
