  • Reciprocity Fee, L1B blanket reject and L2 check[really need help]

    Hi all,

I have a really confused situation. hope someone can give me a help.

My husband now is in US on L1B individual. My company prepared my L1B blanket and I get interviewed on 1/26, but it was declined for 'Not clear approvable', I was really upset about that. then I applied L2 again based on my husband L1 on 2/7, the VO took my passport and told me they need to discussed and will contact me once any update, and don't give me any 221 letter. the visa status in CEAC system are both administrative processing.

I'm waiting for L2 visa approval, and today I get my visa with a 221(g) letter, there is no stamp in my passport. the 221(g) ask me to pay for reciprocity fee, but the reciprocity fee is for L1, not for L2, I'm really confused, does that mean my L1 is approved? or just a typo, they actually refers to L2 reciprocity fee?

I know the story is a little confuse, but really appreciate your patience to read this and give me any advice.

    Thanks.
