Online Process for L2 EAD ( efilling)

Hi All,

Can you please help me with the process of E-filling of L2 EAD. I am not able to find any USA government website for e filling.

Can we file it online or we need to submit the application at the given USICS center only?

All you help is appreciated.

You cannot file it online. You must file it by mail.
