Hi All,
I have a question regarding the L1B visa fees.
As per my knowledge, the L1b blanket fees is Fraud Detection $500 and $4500 as Visa fees.
But my employer is saying that since they have more than 50 employees and 50% or more are green card holders or citizen they don't have to pay $4500.
Is this true?
