L1B Petition expiry

Dear All

I have a query which requires clarity from experts. My PED (I94) will be expiring on 24-April-2018, however my L1B visa is expiring on 24-April-2020. No issues w.r.t my passport expiry date as its valid till 2026. Below are my open questions

1) I am back in India from US and In order to extend my I94 or PED further, should I be facing the Visa Interviewer (with necessary supporting documents) at the embassy again or is that a processes where I just need to visit the embassy and submit the documents/paperwork ?

Have you permanently moved to India? If not, since how long you are living in India.

Since your visa is still valid & your still have petition ending April 2018 - you can enter USA with existing visa & petition, however to continue working you'll need to have your petition extended.
