Everyone,
I have been working in the US for 14 months in the US with an L1B Visa and decided to go home about 2 weeks ago and quit my position. I'm now back to France and I am in discussion with my company to come back (We sometime learn with mistake right ?!).
I will get informations from my company lawyers but i would be interested to know if anyone has done that before. I'm uncertain if i could go back with my current L1B Visa, I've read a that there is a 60 days grace period, but not really sure that would be applicable.
