Application for L1A after H1B rejection

My H1B application was selected in lottery in 2017, my H1B petition got an RFE for which we responded and moved it to premium in Jan. We got another RFE in Jan for which we responded in April and my petition was denied by USICS.

Now my company wants me to apply L1A immediately. Is it advisable to go for L1A immediately after H1B rejection and will my H1B rejection have an impact in L1A approval.

Please share your thoughts and experiences with anyone who might have come across this situation.

H1 rejection does not have any effect on L1A petition.
