  • I-94 Extention

    Hi

I have a L1 Visa valid until Dec-2020 but my I-94 is going to expire in Oct-2018. Can you please let us know the options that can be used to extend I-94?

L1 can only be extended by the employer filing an extension using I-129. You cannot file I-539 for it.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
