Hello,
I am a Canadian Citizen and currently working in USA with TN status for about 15 months. Prior to that I was working in Canada for a company for about six years. Recently one of the branches here in USA contacted me and seems I will be hired. My question is: can I ask for L1B because I was working for that company in Canada for more than one year in the last three years because the requirements for L1B are not clear for my situation?
