Hi,
My spouse name is different on her passport (format: First, Last) and on my passport (format: first middle, last - 'middle' is extra in the name in my passport, rest is same). This is because she updated her name after I updated my passport with her name (oversight on our part).
My L1B visa is currently under process and cannot get my passport updated. Would this be an issue when applying for her L2 visa. Can we show change in name proofs (newspaper, affidavit).
Would appreciate any help/pointers on this.
