hi all, anyone know of successful cases where someone has received an L1-A visa without having a gap of 1 year in work history ?
I was on L1-B, then moved to H4-EAD after 9 months(stayed on H4 for 9 months). Have been working for past 12 months on EAD. If I go unemployed for 3 - 4 months will I be eligible for a fresh L/H visa then ? I have been out of US only for 3 months in those 9 months of unemployment.
Please advise.
