L1b to h1b

Hi,

I am working for company A via L1B and company X has applied for my H1b visa. I want to continue with my A. If I picked and A has also agreed to transfer my H1b, can I continue to work with A or should I have to join X for stamping?.

A can file for H1 transfer, without you moving to X.
