L1A Blanket rejection April 2018 | Need advice to proceed with Individual

Hello all,

I went for my L1A Blanket interview on 23rd April 2018 and my visa got rejected. VO marked 221g (clearly not approvable) and said I need to apply in diff category which I believe is through Individual petition. VO didnt ask any major ques except for my company's name, client, place of work, tenure and job duties.

Can somebody guide me if its advisable to wait for 2 to 6 months to apply again or can I apply right away? What are the approval rates for Individual petition?

I would recommend you to apply for Individual petition rather than waiting for some months. The approval rates of individual petition depends on the how strong you prepare the document.

Need to speak to you folks if you are going for Blanket L1 A petition again in a few months? If that is indeed a possibility Or you are trying for Individual...

If Individual then is your company helping for petiton or yourself hiring attorney?
