Just a curious question. I am British citizen. I resigned from my L1B Job in California and moved back to the UK almost 3 years ago. Silly I know.
I had been working in USA under L1B which was granted august 2013 continuously for almost 2 years and the L1B was applied for systems engineer requiring specific web server knowledge. The employer has USIS L1 blanket approval.
I thought that was the end of that. But im toying with the idea mostly hypothetically at this stage but suppose the same company would have a very similar job available which my particular skillset fills, could I restart the L1 as Its still has expiration date of August 2018? Or even the same type of skilled job for another company that also participates in the L1 Blank scheme, I read that transfers may be available to also another company if that company is also under blanket L1 Scheme. I currently live and work in the UK for a British company.
