Hello all,
We had our Labour certification rejected way back in 2015, and had to relocate out of USA to a different country for at least an year as we had completed 6 years on H1B. Its been 3 years now in a different country. My husband's company would now be applying for either H1/L1 in a couple of months. I would like to know what kind of impact would the first Labour Certification rejection have on the next issuance of visa and GC.
Thank you.
