I have a valid L1 Blanket Visa and will be shifting to US in the month of August from India

My marriage is on 10th July and will be getting the marriage certificate post that.

I am planning of filling the visa for my going to be spouse much before so that we can get a valid date for appointment to speed up the process.

Will there be any problem at the time of visa interview as our dates of filing is much before the actual marriage is going to place?

What should be filled in marriage status in the DS-160 Form when my spouse is filing for the Visa before marriage? As at the time of filling she would not be married?

Did you got L2 visa , how much time it took to approve it .. .can you share your experience

You are good to go. The DS-160 information need to be correct at the date of the interview (means you'll be married by that time).
