Name issue for wife (India)

Hi,

I recently got married and planning to apply for L1 with wife.
My wife has all her documents including passport on her birthname.
But only in our marriage certificate, registrar wrote her name changed to First name + my surname.
There is no supporting document with her new name.

Will this cause any issue when I apply for L1 visa?
What options do I have?

There will be no issue with that, I had similar situation but there was no issue

So the US embassy did not object to her changed name on marriage certificate? What documents of hers did you submit during visa process?

My wife carried all the documents related to my visa along marriage certificate and album , but visa officer didn't ask any of the documents from her and just asked basic questions and approved her visa.
