Hi,
My wife and I have been in the US on L1 visas for 3 years now and need to extend. We need to have our visa appointment asap as my wife's EAD only goes to the end of her visa which expires in Nov and the processing times of new EADs are extensive at the moment. My company suggested we have the interview in Brussels while we are there visiting a friend and on holiday in July to speed up the process. However we are South African nationals and I was wondering if anyone knows if Belgium is accepting of TCNs? I know it varies by consulate and their phone number does not provide any help
