L2 EAD validity

Hi guys

This is my first post in the forum. I have a query about the validity of my wife's EAD. Following is my situation.

I moved to USA on L1-B and working for company A. Applied for EAD for my wife and got approved till march 2019.
Company B acquired company A. Me and my wife travelled to India on vacation and got new L1 and L2 visa's stamped under company B.

I was doubtful if my wife's EAD is still valid or not?. I haven't got a solid answer from my colleagues, hence posting here. Please help.

Do you have any annotation on your EAD for company name? If not, you are good.
