Hey,
My L1A blanket petition and visa expired but I have I94 validity till Nov-2019. My employee immigration department said extension cannot be filed before six months of I94 expiration. One of my friend had the same scenario he went to US local immigration office and reduced his I-94 date to end of petition date and applied for extension. Unfortunately I came to know this only after my petition is expired. Please let me know if there is any other way.
