Currently my company is moving me to US on a L1A and my wife on L1B. (We work at the same company).
The salary for my wife is way too low for the role being offered.
Question: Can my wife move on L1B and then resign and convert to L2 and then apply for EAD? If i apply for L2 90 days after arriving in US, can we get the EAD immediately? (I mean, no need of waiting for 90 days without working)
