Hi all,
Our company is opening a new office in the US and the few of us that are going there are applying for the L1-B visas.
So there is a requirement that the applicant has to have been working for a consecutive year for the company prior the visa application. And in my case, I have been working for the company fro 2,5 years, but on a part-time contract.. If I look at my average hours for the last year, the weekly average is 34h (which the lawyers are concerned about since it's not "full-time", however if I add the holidays (5 weeks in our country) and all the National holidays that are paid I end up with the average of 38h, which, theoretically, should be fine...
Anyone had any experience with this?
