Hi ,
1. Currently my wife visa in H1B extn and mine in L1B. If my wife gets RFE, can I go ahead and apply L2 visa. Once it is approved , she can just stay here or need to exit and entry after stamping since her i94 is getting over by July 29.
2. Can we apply EAD along with L2.
3. Also my L1B is valid till Mar 2019, Is there a possibility of her L2 getting rejected since my duration of visa is less.
Can someone advice here.
