L1 B individual Renewal Process

Hi All

I need some advice on my L1 B individual Visa Renewal Process. I got my L1 B Individual Visa effective from 20 Jan 2016 to 21 Sep 2018. Same dates are for my petition. I haven't travel to USA till now. I have some questions

First of all, my Visa will get extend or renew.

Second what is process for renewal/extension of my visa.

I have heard about Interview Wavier Process for L1 B individual. Can you please help me on this also.
