L1A requirement of outside of USA meaning home country or anyother country ?
Hello Friends,
Currently A in H1B visa at US, expiring on Oct 2018. Company wants to bring back A on Manager position on L1A. So A should stay 365 days outside of USA and apply L1A on Nov 2019. Is it necessary the outside of USA has to be A's home country or any other country other than USA working as Manager ? Please clarify.
