L2 Visa Stamping - CEAC Status - Application Received

Hello All

I submitted my passport along with my wife's and kid's passport at New Delhi consulate for Visa Stamping. I am on L1A and my wife and son are on L2. While I and my son received passports with stamped visas in 2 days time, my wife's passport is still in APPLICATION RECEIVED status.

Has anyone come across this situation before? It almost week now since we submitted passports for stamping. We have to head back to US in another week's time, so worried.
