Dear All,
I am working as an Assistant Manager in a big MNC in India. My job responsibility includes managing a team of engineers. I report to my manager(not on daily basis), and my manager reports to GM, Vice President etc.
My company is planning to process L1A visa for me, which is a Managerial category visa. Please let me know if I am eligible for L1A Visa, with respect to my job profile. Also, will there be an issue as my designation is Assistant Manager and not Manager?
