US Annual Salary

Dear Friends,

I have question on US Salary part.

My L1A (Blanket) petition says salary of $80000.00/year for my total IT exp. of 17+ Years and role as Program Manager. My US location will be Chicago area

My current india salary is 2.5 Lacs (gross)/year

I read somewhere that any salary less than $90K/year will impact on approval. Is this true?

Though there is no such rule for minimum salary.

But 2.5L per year isn't it too less for a PM with 17+ years of experience? This can be a problem for your visa.

$80K in USA should be good enough.
