L1A with US Reports

Looking for advice here.

I am in UK in a managerial capacity with my direct reports in US ( only ). In terms of transfer to US does that qualify for L1A, because i donot have reports in UK and / or can the same reports be shown to be managed by me in US ( as they are already there ).

I need advice to make sure I am in the right role and capacity to apply else I would rather avoid doing it. thanks!

Yes, you can show same reports.
