L1A Petition Extension, I-94 valid, Visa Valid

Hello All,

Needed some help. I am currently in US working on Blanket L1A status. Below are the details:

Petition Expiry Date: Nov 27, 2017 (expired)
Visa Expiry Date: Dec 03, 2019 (valid)
I-94 Expiry Date: May 28, 2020 (valid)

As you can see, my petition has already expired last year but the visa/I-94 are still valid. Pls suggest if ONLY the Petition can be extended, so I can travel in and out of the country?

Also, when my employer decides to file GC (EB1), will I need a valid L1A petition at that time OR just the valid I-94 will be sufficient?
