    Hi we filled the L1A individual petition extension on July 2nd and still no response from the California service center. Anybody here with premium filling and no response within the 15 business days?

    Try reaching them over email/phone & ask for status. You can also have your attorney try to reach them.

      The case is filed by the company and the attorney thinks its not wise to push, rather just wait. Unfortunately the case number also throws an error in the USCIS website, known problem. Which is why I wanted to check if the other folks in this category under premium is receiving the response from California center, or if it just our case that is stuck.

        Some consulting companies knowingly extends for the response, in the fear that if the application is rejected they will loose an employee - so as long as the application is in processing, they can enjoy the benefit if having employee working & earning for them.
