L1 B Visa

Hello People,

My L1 B Visa was rejected twice (Blanket and Individual). It seems there is some problem with my specialized tool.

I have two questions here.

1) What are the chances of approval, if my company again files L1 B?
2) Do i need to mention same specialized tool in next petition , or i can use new tool for next petition?

My Last visa was rejected in May-2017, so it is almost one year now.

Better to show some improvement/increment in your knowledge base & how critical it is for the company for you to be in USA.

There are various other factors also gets considered, when it comes to visa (not only your knowledge). See if all other parameters are also good for you.
