221 (g) Pink for L1A Blanket at Chennai
Hello All,
I had a visa interview on Aug 17, 2018. I answered all the questions. Questions asked were as follows:
-Which company?
-What salary?
-Any direct/indirect reportees?
-Highest level of education?
-Job responsibilities (functions managed)
At end was provided a pink 221(g) requesting more documents to be e-mailed. Officer kept my passport and the copies of I-129.
Has anyone else faced this issue? How long has it taken after the documents were submitted for the approval to happen?
Also, following is being asked.
Submit the following information only as a word document:
? Resume: A detailed resume/CV, including your professional academic background.
? Publications: A list of all your publications in the format: ?Title, Date of Publication?.
? Research: A detailed abstract of 1) any research you intend to conduct in the U.S.; and 2) all past and /or current research in all countries.
? Position: Your current and past job titles and a detailed description of your work with timeline.
? Funding: Name of the person or organization who is funding your trip and your research.
? Travel: Dates and locations of all international travel for the last ten years, except for U.S. travel.
? Contact Information: Email address or phone number that you prefer we use in order to get in touch with you regarding the status of your case.
If any header is not applicable to you please note ?NOT APPLICABLE? under the respective headers.
Is this all supposed to go in one word document or a separate word documents for every header?
