  • Stamping after L1 A Extension

I got my L1 A (Blanket) in Sep'15 in Chennai for 3 years. I filed for extension in US under premium processing and got the approval (I797) last week till Sep'20. I want to know that when I travel to India any time in future, I need to get the visa stamping done. What would be process for that? Since the initial visa was under blanket petition, the interview will happen only in Chennai or can I get the stamping in Delhi too? Will a new I129 be filled and will the USD 500 Fraud Prevention and Detection fee again be required?

    Since you've I797 now, you don't need a new I129S.

I got my L1 A (Blanket) in May'16 in chennai for 3 years. My visa will expire on feb'2019.So the extension will be filed under Blanket or Individual?.When we need to start filing the extension before 2 or 4 or 6 months earlier?

After sep11 there is no RFE, is that will impact L1A extension?..Please advise...
