L1 A Blanket extension

I have L1 A Blanket visa which is till Feb-19.My employer is working on renewal. But my company is planning to renewal with L1 A Blanket. Can any one let me know which one better option L1 A Blanket or L1 A individual for extension.

What will be different while doing extension between L1 A Blanket or L1 A individual.

Since you already have Blanket visa, it will be fine if you going with Blanket again for renewal.

In individual petition, your company need to submit whole company profile & your profile in hard copy.
