Hi, I have my L1A blanket visa interview soon at Chennai consulate. My brief details are as below. What do you think is the possibility of getting the blanket visa approved.

1. I have been with my organization for 10+ years.
2. Been at manager position for 3+ years.
3. Manager more than 18 people
4. The salary mentioned on my petition is $100K+

What I heard is the approval rate for Blanket visa in Chennai is 50-50. Mine blanket was denied in 2015 & then Individual petition was approved in 2016.
