1-94 Expiry before 1st Oct

My L1B/-I-94 getting expired on 27th Sep.

My H1B filed under COS.

Do I need to go out of country for stamping for H1B?

My wife is on H1B, I can apply I-539 before 27th Sep. What i should do?

Since your H1B COS is already under process - you can continue to stay.
